Choose the size and color on the item's page and press the BUY button. The product will be added to your shopping cart, which you can find in the left side of the screen, with all taxes and shipping costs listed. If you would prefer to pick up your order in one of our shops, you won't have to pay for shipping costs. You can delete an item from your shopping cart by clicking on the blue cross next to the item's name. You can see a detailed breakdown of your order by clicking on the CART button or access the confirmation page directly by clicking the BUY button.
Sign up. If you haven't done so already, when you finish making your order you'll have to sign up as a registered user. We will ask you for the necessary data to bring you your order. You will be able to modify and add addresses whenever you want, for example, if you want to send someone a gift or have the order delivered to your workplace.
Choose a delivery method. After confirming your delivery method you will be able to choose how you want to receive your order: you can pick it up in one of our shops (no shipment costs) or have it delivered to your home.
Payment method. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards. When confirming your payment method you will be redirected to the Banc Sabadell payment process, a service homologated by Control Electronic Security (CES) that ensures we do not have access to your financial data.
After the payment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be able to print a receipt directly from the bank's website. Once the process is finished, you will be redirected to our website.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping The moment you add an item to your cart, the shipping costs will show up in the left side of the screen. The shipping costs for the Spanish Peninsula are 8€. We cen send you the package through MRW or you can come to one of our shops to pick it up yourself. If you choose to do the latter you will not be charged any shipping costs. We will send you and email to notify you when your order has been shipped or when you can pick it up at the store. If your country applies any taxes at customs you will be charged for them.
Delivery. The approximate delivery time for Spain is a maximum of two weeks, though we will do our best to get it to you in three to five business days. If you need your order urgently for a special occasion, we urge you to get in contact with us through our contact form in this website. The approximate delivery time for the rest of the world is 3 weeks. If we don’t have a certain article on stock we will inform you of when we might have it next so you can wait, modify or cancel your order.
Returns. We are confident that you’ll like the clothes we make, but if for some reason that isn’t the case you have fourteen days since the day of purchase to return them. We do not accept jewelry returns.
To return an item you’ll have to contact us through our contact form, supplying the order number and specifying the motivation behind the return and if you would prefer to send us the items through mail or leave them in one of our stores (and which one). After receiving confirmation from us and the return number, you can go to our shops or sent the item by mail to our warehouse, which is located at c/Torrent de les Flors 48 – 08024 in Barcelona. Unless your item is damaged, you will be charged for the shipping of the returned items. We do not accept fright collect returns.
Remember to always include your return number on your package. We will only accept returns that comply with these conditions:
-The clothes cannot have been cleaned or used in any way.
-The clothes have to be in the same state they were when we sold them to you and they have to come with the attached label (interior and exterior) and the original packaging. Stockings cannot have been removed from the original packaging.
-The product must be complete (for example, you have to return all the elements that constitute a pair).
If a returned item does not comply with these conditions, you will not have a right to return your item.
We do not return cash under any circumstances. For returns outside of the EU, we will discount you the additional shipping costs, if any.
Modifications on a defective piece of clothing. We elaborate exhaustive quality control tests before shipping any item, but if in any case you received a defective or faulty piece of clothing, let us know through our contact form, specifying the order number and the defect you find on the item. A messenger will pick up the item at your home and in the same instance will give you a replacement of the same item in perfect state, with no cost to you. If you prefer, you can do the exchange in any of our shops, you just have to tell us in advance indicating the shop you want to go to and we will send you an email with the return number. In case we don’t have stock of that particular item, we will notify you immediately and we will come pick up your defective item. We will return you the full cost of the item to your bank account once we have examined it at our warehouse.
Changes. To change a piece of clothing for a completely different one, you have to return it following the given instructions and make a new purchase.
That way, you won’t miss any of our news, announcements and special promotions, which we will send you through email. We do not abuse this feature, our emails will be worth your time.
Some of our items are hand-painted. This means there might be some small differences between items. This way, all items are slightly unique and for this reason they can be slightly different than the ones that appear on our website.
We make an effort to produce high quality photographs that represent our products faithfully, but technical factors like the configuration of individual screens are outside of our control. For this reason we strongly recommend calibrating your monitor to have the optimal browsing experience.
